How to post a message in MS Outlook Express?

  1. Select a newsgroup in which you would like to post the message.
    Click on the Compose Message button and a new message window will pop up.

  2. Type in your Subject and the contents of your message.
    When finished. Click on the Post button.

  4. Wait for a few minutes.
    Pressing the F5 key or click on View and select Refresh and click on it.

    Pressing the F5 key or click on View and select Refresh and click on it.
    The posted message appears as the new message thread in the top-right hand window.
